At A+ Wellness, we offer a variety of services for children, teens, adults, parents and, as appropriate, their families.
45 to 60 minute therapy sessions
individual, family and/or parent sessions
in-person at our Schaumburg office, or telehealth upon request.
Insurances accepted include: BCBS PPO, Aetna, UHC/Optum/UMR, IL Medicaid, BCBS Community Health, Medicare
Initial intake session $225 Individual therapy session 60 minutes- $200; 45 minutes- $150 (updated 3/10/2026)
Sliding scale and self-pay sessions may inquire within for a good faith estimate. The good faith estimate shows the list of expected charges for items or services from your provider.
All new clients will need to complete intake & policy paperwork prior to the initial 45-minute Intake session. At the initial/Intake session, history and areas of need will be reviewed to develop goals, an appointment schedule and the flow of sessions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions at all.
